I can not praise the management and the staff on how they look after the place and the clients , from first thing in the morning until the latest at night they are there to please you .
The breakfast room has plenty of staff and they are always to please you and make sure you are looked after.
The lounge is exactly the same .
At the game room they even have staff to entertain the kids , that’s a touch I’ve not yes seen anywhere , absolutely wonderful.
We were 13 of us , took 5 rooms and on behalf of us all , the feedback is exactly the same .
We aim to return soon, this is definitely on our list of places where to come back and relax .
The extra effort on New Year’s Eve has been above and beyond and I can not praise them enough.

Great hotel, rooms are clean and well organized, good for kids with 2 small pools and the park outside open at night also.
Food is good, the service is great, the staff is welcoming.

Pros- I really enjoyed our stay here. It's close to a lot of food & shopping. Hotel front desk was friendly and restaurant staff were very nice too. The cleaning service were accommodating and rooms were clean upon arrival. (We did have stain in the sink but it was fine.)
Shower pressure is amazing.
We went in the pool on 10/10 but security guard said it was closed for the season and had us get out. We ended up renting the indoor pool & spa for 1.5 hrs just our family of 7. It was lots of fun!
Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. Much better and a lot fresher then in the USA.
I would defintely stay here again.
Con- They need to upgrade their beds, they aren't that comfortable for the price and style of hotel.
The shower shampoo & conditioner need to be updated & better, I didn't like them. I brought my own but my kids took them into their room.
What an amazing hotel. We were greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. Impeccable with a friendly attentive staff.
I would give it zero stars if I can, worst service worst staff don’t ever come here they don’t respect there guests at all, they make fun of the guest, worst hotel in Algeria
A great infrastructure and friendly staff, but very noisy music at the buffet restaurant, you cant take the breakfast without being disturbed by the high volume of jazz music, they should stop playing music, music is for night clubs not hotels
From the infrastructure wise the hotel is nice, except the pool which is too small.
The staff is very gentle and friendly, but not efficient and the service requires lot of enhancement. We have spent one hour to check in, house keeping also are running out of resources, the rooms are not done at 5pm...
I haven't try the breakfast, I learned from a friend that the restaurant is too small compared to the demand.
I hope this can catch up the coming years.
